The Prevail Archive does not include every document related to April 16. There could be more documents that have yet to be made available and could be included in the official archive when it is made available. Documents relating to the police investigation are not included in this archive as the investigation is still open. There may be duplicate content in The Prevail Archive. There is some missing content from this archive (but it is mostly complete to our knowledge). The archive is in the public domain. The size of The Prevail Archive is staggering, and without additional help it is impossible to sort completely. Documents were scanned at 300-400 DPI to PDF and if type written OCR has been applied.
